When is the policy effective?

Within 24 hours after purchase.

What is the wait time?

In most cases, you will speak to someone within 30-45 seconds.  At peak times, you wait could be 1- 2 minutes but that is rare.

Are telemedicine services available in Spanish?

Yes, it is available in Spanish.

Does telemedicine require medical insurance?

No, it does not.

How can I renew my contract when it expires?

You can purchase via phone, retail office or online.

I made the payment and my account was charged but I did not receive a confirmation, what should I do?

Will I be charged a cancellation fee if the I decide to cancel before the product expires?

The Membership can be cancelled by you within thirty (30) days from the Effective Date.  You will receive a full refund as long as there are no claims to your account.  If not, it will be pro-rated.   After the 30 days, the refund is prorated, less a cancellation fee of fifty ($50) dollars.   The refund is issued to your original credit card and should process within 3-5 business days.
