Monica graduated from Manuela Beltran University with a degree in Audiovisual Production and Film. She studied at EF International Language Centers in Bournemouth, England, and at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana to obtain her diploma in Proofreading. She has worked as a copywriter for brands such as Microsoft, Envato, and Coursera.

After working for several Texas community newspapers as a reporter, Cyndi landed a writing position at Cox Media Group. Cyndi has also worked as a copywriter for a construction magazine and as a content creator for an advertising agency. Cyndi’s work has been published in the Austin American Statesman, Bastrop Advertiser, Smithville Times, Construction News and more.
