Daniel Suárez has partnered with Freeway Insurance for more than six years and is one of NASCAR’s most accomplished drivers. Entering his first season with Spire Motorsports and his tenth full-time NASCAR Cup Series campaign, he has made more than 300 Cup Series starts, earning victories at Sonoma Raceway (2022), Atlanta Motor Speedway (2024), and Charlotte Motor Speedway (2026), along with more than 75 top-10 finishes.
Born in Monterrey, Mexico, Daniel began his racing career in the NASCAR Mexico Series before advancing through NASCAR’s national ranks. In 2016, he made history as the first Mexican-born driver to win a NASCAR national series championship by capturing the NASCAR Xfinity Series title. His experience at the highest levels of motorsports has made him a respected voice on racing, vehicle safety, and driver performance.
Away from the track, Daniel is passionate about fitness, cycling, and restoring classic cars. Through his long-standing partnership with Freeway Insurance, he helps educate and engage consumers by sharing insights on motorsports, safe driving, and automotive topics.
