YOUR CURRENT TOPA INSURANCE COMPANY POLICY IS NON-RENEWING.PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THIS NOTICE AND CONTACT YOUR PRODUCER.
Your personal automobile insurance policy with Topa Insurance Company will be non-renewed effective its renewal date as Topa is no longer writing automobile insurance in California.
Effective August 22, 2023, Topa will no longer offer reinstatement of any policy with a lapse in coverage. All premiums, including endorsements, must be paid by the cancellation effective date. Any payment received after the non-payment cancellation date will be returned and the policy will remain cancelled.
