Customers will also have the opportunity to get their specific questions answered by conversing with our on \u2013site health specialist. With the February 15th Open Enrollment deadline just a few weeks away, Freeway Insurance Health Agents will be available to sign-up customers so that they can avoid paying the penalty: 2% of a person\u2019s income or $325 per adult\/$162.50 per child, whichever is more.<\/p>\n<p>To help complete the enrollment process individuals should bring the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Social security card<br \/>\n\u2022 Residency identification<br \/>\n\u2022 Recent W-2 form<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, consumers will be able to find educational materials about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freeway.com\/insurance-options\/health-insurance\/types-of-health-insurance\/affordable-care-act-bill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Affordable Care Act<\/a> at more than 150 Freeway Insurance locations.
