Calling Card Features
When running Prepaid, Postpaid or both type Calling Card Programs simultaneously, our complete solution allows you or your customers to customize the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), creating branded voice prompts to support regional or other various Custom Card Programs. The system offers the ability to sell any denomination of card and apply any desired surcharges or discounts as required.

Management and Administration
Administrative and maintenance functions on the Platform are performed using a web-based GUI menu system. The GUI system is Java based allowing the administration stations to use various operating systems. Customer Account creation whether it is for a Reseller, Agent or End User is a very simple process. A wide range of Rating, PIN number creation and account credit management is performed with this user friendly management access.

Customer / Reseller / Agent
This Web based point of sale and card recharging platform gives service providers an off-the-shelf solution for generating revenues-rapidly and cost-effectively. Customers may also be permitted to access the platform to view card balances and real-time Call Detail Records. Resellers and Agents may view their customer’s balances, replenish their credit and recharge cards in addition to viewing credit statements and call history.

Rating
The platform has the flexibility to allow Flat, Usage, Destination, Tiered, Discounted and Time of day, week or month based rating.This powerful real-time rating engine incorporates Flexible Time Unit definitions and can also apply Access number and Roaming charges.
